In what looked like it was going to be a breezy, smokey day turned out to be another beauty for the 2022 Labour Day Classic! The smoke quickly burned off and the wind died down as the players took the courts.

Several excuses were floated during the day...bad backs, heat, not enough drinks by players but were soon forgotten as they day progressed, and players focused on the task at hand. Byno also considered wearing the prized hard hat he won last year as Stan targeted him with the boch.

Again, a big shout out to Super Fan Heather for all the great pics and yummy eats! Cheers Heather!

Chet opted Out of the 3-way tie and Byno and Bunny fought for the 4th spot. Byno came out on top to take the last playoff position.

Final Game Stan vs Koks...Koks with the win

Koks was a man of  very few words if not any in the final. He was focused and dialed in... determined to get the win. His play was consistent all day and made the shots worthy of a champion. Bunny recalls sitting 3, twice, but Koks took those away with amazing last bocce shots in what could have been a turning point in the round robin.
